LMS is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Chattanooga location.

Job Description: This position in our Accounts Payable department requires someone who pays close attention to detail and who has the ability to multi-task. The job will allow the employee to dive into all aspects of accounts payable and to assist the team in various ways. Responsibilities range from coordinating carrier payments to uploading delivery documents, and each job task plays a vital role in the way our department functions as a whole. Duties:

  • Pull invoices and verify carrier payments

  • Send out carrier payments

  • Audit and upload carrier paperwork

  • Fill out credit applications

  • Open A/P mail

  • Upload PODs

  • Monitor delivered list

  • File invoices

  • Any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • 1 year administrative or accounting experience
